"Head & Shoulders" but not "Chest"!

Sometimes I see stuff that really makes me go, "Hmm..." Remember the song?

Anywhooseits, yesterday I saw a bald man with a beard. Not uncommon here in the frozen tundra of Minnesota, but, this guy had dandruff on the chest of his shirt!

What the?

Yeah, yeah, yeah. "Dry skin" you'll say. I say why don't we have a facial hair moisturizer?

Frankly, I have a few gal pals who could use it too! (insert evil grin here)
